OUR COACHES 

Every Hive coach is trained in our method and held to a clear standard. Coaches are always on the floor actively coaching, adjusting, and supporting you through every session. Get to know the team on our Meet the Coaches page.

HOW TRAINING WORKS HERE

You can walk in anytime during our training windows: 7:00am–1:00pm and 3:00pm–7:00pm.

We’ll guide you through the day’s session in a way that fits your current state considering your goals, readiness, energy, and any aches or limitations.
